Hi Everyone, I am excited to be participating in the Year of Card Techniques Blog Hop!!! For January, we are trying our hand at Shaving Cream Marbling!

So let's jump right in!
Here are the cards that I made using this technique...

And here is a faux marbling card. My daughter wanted to make a card too, but I had put everything away and was waterpainting. So we got some shaving cream and added a couple of sprinkles of the paints and Viola, she has her pretty pastel blue background.

Now this was a little challenging for me because I used the wrong shaving cream but I think it worked out great in the end. Check out the video if you want to see a little more step by step for the Paper Marbling tech.
Here is the entire line up:

You are heading to JODIE
next!

Please join us the third Saturday of each month for a new technique. We love comments and sharing on social media!

Prize to one hopper- announced on Feb's Hop!

Love the black and white marble look and how it looks with a strong color like the bright pink.

Great color combo. I think the polka dots set off the marbled paper beautifully.

I watched your video and learned a lot. I love all of the cards. Amazing what you can do with a little shaving cream and just one basic black color of reinker. Thanks so much for sharing.
